1. Who we are
TSSEER | تصير and tsseer.com are operated by Asma Saadi Al-Zahrani Company, a Saudi limited liability company. These Terms govern use of this website, communications with us and requests for our services.
2. Website use
You may use this website to learn about TSSEER, contact us and submit a project brief. You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation or transmit malicious material.
3. Website information and proposals
Information on this website is general and is not a binding offer. A project scope, price, timeline and deliverables become binding only when set out in an accepted proposal, contract, statement of work or other written agreement.
4. Project services
TSSEER may provide strategy, design, development, integrations, deployment, maintenance, technology consulting and project-specific legal-document support. Scope, assumptions, milestones, acceptance criteria and support arrangements are defined separately for each project.
5. Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely decisions, required access, content and materials, and for ensuring they hold the rights and permissions needed for materials they supply.
6. Intellectual property
Each party retains ownership of its pre-existing intellectual property. Ownership and licensing of project deliverables are governed by the written agreement for that project. Rights that require contractual transfer do not transfer except as agreed in writing and subject to applicable payment obligations.
7. Third-party services
Projects may rely on hosting providers, payment gateways, app stores, APIs and other third-party services. Those services are governed by their providers’ terms and may change, suspend or fail outside TSSEER’s control.
8. Legal and regulatory support
Where separately agreed, TSSEER may assist with project-specific legal and regulatory requirements documentation and draft digital documents such as Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policies, disclaimers and related customer-facing content. The exact scope is defined for each project. Where a matter requires regulated legal representation or specialist external counsel, the client may be advised to obtain it separately.
9. Warranties and limitation
We aim to provide professional and reliable services, but do not promise that this website or every digital service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Project-specific warranties, remedies and liability limits are governed by the applicable project agreement.
10. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy available on this website.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, unless a written project agreement lawfully provides otherwise.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest revision date appears at the top of this page. Questions may be sent to hello@tsseer.com.
